nejvíce oceňuji kolegy z oddělení, know-how zaměstnavatele, pravidelné navyšování platu ze strany zaměstnavatele
pevná pracovní doba 8-17 hod, žádný benefitní systém (jenom stravenky a 5 týdnů dovolené), na některých vedoucích pozicích asociální jedinci, žádné školení, preferování některých zaměstnanců (když podá zaměstnanec výpověď, je mu nabízena celá řada benefitů, na které normálně nemá nárok - mobil, pravidelný home-office, navýšení platu, jazykové kurzy apod.), většina zaměstnanců musí vykonávat práci i za obchodníky, kteří mají privilegované postavení

Na zamestnavateli IMPULS-Leasing-Austria,s.r.o si nejvice cenim toho, ze to byla opravdova "skola zivota"! Tento zamestnavatel nauci pracovat zamestnance i s lidmi, se kterymi se jinak proste pracovat neda!
Personalni obsazeni nekterych dulezitych pozic.

-někteří kolegové na jiných pobočkách jsou přátelští
-špatná komunikace mezi vedením -nenavyšování platu -neochota některých kolegů -povýšené jednání aj.
