Práce z domu (i když jen jeden den v měsíci).
Fixní pracovní doba od 9h do 17h, která je nazývána flexibilní (ano, člověk může přijít v 7h a odcházet v 19h). Malá podpora ze strany vedení.

Fixní pracovna doba od 9te do 5té, nízký plat, zádná moznost postupu, smlouva na 1 rok, neplacene prescasy
Order and rules
Firma nedává prostor na vlastni realizaci. Na všechno je proces a proto mě clovek s minimální zodpovědnost. Při každé chybě se umí odvolat na nějaký proces a každý pracuje pouze v ramci toho co mu procesy příkazuji.Na věci ktere jsou bezne otázkou morálky, existuje kopu pravidel a postihy. benevolence a důvěra zaměstnavatel vůči zaměstnanci je minimalna.
