Není zájem zavádět novinky. Společnost bych zařadila do skupiny firem, které zamrzly v čase socialismu. Vzhledem k věkovému průměru je to "pochopitelné", ale pro současnost dosti nepraktické.
Absolventi nemohou srovnávat s jinou společností a tedy nebudou zklamaní, že firma nepřispívá nic navíc. Navíc nemohou očekávat vysoké mzdové zařazení.
