Vždy dostojí všemu, co přislíbili. Spokojenost s novým prostředím a vybavením. Benefity jsou nastaveny na maximum, které vždy plní. Spokojenost.

Spokojenost s pracovním zázemím a prostředím. Minimální prašnost, dobré osvětlení, pracovní podmínky, nestísněné pracovní plochy. Benefity pro všechny (5 týdnů dovolené, příspěvek k Penzij. připojištění, příspěvek na dopravu, 13. plat, stravenky, věrnostní prémie...)

Tím že to byla nová společnost, tak se vše teprve budovalo a to osobně mě hrozně naplňovalo. Bylo potřeba hledat, zjišťovat, kontaktovat a vytvářet různé procesy. To mě osobně hrozně bavilo:)
Jeden člověk z oddělení, co si hrál na hrozného kamaráda a pak házel klacky pod nohy...

Ve firmě Pfisterer se mi moc líbí. Máme čisté a příjemné prostředí, super kolektiv to považuji za velmi důležité. Baví mě se učit každým dnem nové věci a zkušenosti.
