Možnost volby pracovní doby je velké plus. Jediné mínus je, že není možnost pracovat na hpp.

Lidský, vstřícný přístup. Férovost.
Nic mě nenapadá.
Flexible working hours
Směny si lze plánovat tak, aby se daly skloubit např. se studiem, jinou prací. V tomto ohledu velká vstřícnost ze strany zaměstnavatele.
