Náplň práce, různorodost, řešení komplikovaných problémů, denně se člověk učí něco nového, zdokonalení v angličtině, kurzy a certifikáty, zahraniční stáže, denní kontakt s mezinárodním týmem, osobní rozvoj, volnost, výborní kolegové, féroví nadřízení.
V létě je tu vedro a v některých aspektech to tu smrdí Korporátem (takže nařízení a postupy, co nedávají hlavu ani patu).

líbí se mi jednosměnný provoz
parkování daleko od firmy (dojíždění jednu zastávku autobusem) jednání nadřízených (polopravdy, řešení problémů - nikdy není chyba na jejich straně) neochotná personální pracovní podmínky (problém s nářadím a čistotou na pracovišti) neoustálé nesmyslné přesčasy (i soboty)

měli by si více vážit zaměstnanců, chybí jim přehled o schopnostech jednotlivých zaměstnanců

Super práce, až na lidi jako všude. Byl bych tam zůstal a oni i chtěli, ale covid-19 chtěl jinak.
