Přístup nadřízených byl pohrdavý. Pokud jste požádali o pomoc bylo Vám vyčteno, že to nevíte. Vše bylo řešeno na poslední chvíli a dost arogantně.

Permanentní podstaff napříč všemi odd.na dobře atmosféře nepřida. Netransparentní odměňování od samého počátku. Nejasně specifikované pracovní úkony, pod které se schovalo všechno...i leštění skla, uklízečka odmítla, je to na vás. Neutěšené pracovní prostředí ve staré a přeplněné budově. Rodinná firma bez rodinné atmosféry. Vedeni se ale naučilo k zaměstnancům lépe chovat, i když je to účelové. Snaží se. Návrat do 90.let?
