Maximální svoboda v práci, která se projevuje ve všech oblastech. Sama o sobě by ale nefungovala, nebýt velké osobní zodpovědnosti i mých kolegů.
Vždycky se nějaké drobnosti nebo problémy najdou, ale co je super je, že si je umíme otevřeně říct a řešit je.

Svobodná firma, které svobodu v práci praktikuje skutečně seriozně a díky tomu je opravdu úžasná.
Informal work atmosphere
Protože všichni společně sedí v jedné kanceláři, všichni se znají a tedy není důvod pro zbytečně formální styl komunikace.
Opportunity to learn new things
Protože u každého nového projektu se uvažuje, který nástroj bude pro něj nejlepší a nesahá se hned automaticky po známé technologii.

Skvělá přátelská atmosféra, podpora vzájemného učení a vzdělávání se. Pokud byl člověk aktivní, mohl vyrazit vlastním směrem a vždy našel podporu. Velmi pěkné mechanismy pro vzájemnou evaluaci (360 Feedback, retrospektivy) a prioritizaci dalšího směru vylepšování. Navíc super technologie, učasti na konferencích a všudypřítomná snaha být nejlepší v oboru na trhu a nadšení pro práci. Prostě společnost založená na důvěře, zlepšování a vzájemné pomoci.
Bohužel ne všichni do toho dávali tolik, co jiní, což ve výsledku vedlo k přetížení těch, co něco uměli. Ale to je asi jediný škrábanec.

Skvělá kultura, neustálé experimentování a hledání nových cest. Otevřenost a upřímná komunikace. Pocit, že děláme něco špičkového, co se jinde moc nevidí.
Občas je těžké skloubit požadavky klientů s časem a naším názorem jak se mají věci dělat správně.
