S kvalitou kolegů a rovným jednání. Mohli by platit lépe, určitě by bylo vhodné mít nějaké benefity co mají konkureční společnosti.
Není to úplně nespokojenost.Občas takové "neřízené" kroky. Mírný chaos, ale to je asi všude a také tím segmentem co děláme. Ono to lépe úplně nejde vzhledem k systému a našim vysokým standardům.

stále nové výzvy, možnost neustálého se vzdělávání ve své profesi, možnost kariérního růstu, pracovní prostředí, otevřený a rovný přístup vedení ke všem zaměstnancům, nejde o rutinní práci, ohleduplnost k soukromému životu
