Sice je Primehammer "len dalsia agentura", naozaj sa snazi ludom poskytnut aj dobre socialne vyzitie (spolocne ranajky, teambuildingy doma aj v zahranici) a kvoli prestiznym klientom vie ponuknut slusne peniaze.
Firma este nie je dost velka na to, aby vedela na vsetkych projektoch (u vsetkych klientov) zabezpecit spolupracu s inymi kolegami z Primehammeru. Vazby na projekt a projektovych kolegov su potom vyrazne silnejsie ako tie na firmu samotnu.

Jistotu vnímám v tom, že moje práce je pevně stanovená na jasně určenou dobu/lhůtu, vím co od ní čekat, vím co je očekáváno ode mě a zároveň mám jasně nastavené finanční ohodnocení, se kterým můžu každý měsíc počítat.
