Pravidelná hodnocení - reflexe, zpětná vazba. Bez problémová dohoda s nadřízenou o pracovní době
Jedná se o velkou organizaci, takže když se nastavuje něco nového systémově, nemusí se to každému líbit, což nemusí vytvářet vždy příjemnou atmosféru, ale i to si časem sedne. Ale to řeší každá velká organizace, či firma.

Odměny, slusný plat, na konci roku benefity, i když malé, ale přece.
Vedení, neustálé změny...personální atd., za dva roky 4 vedoucí, 3 kolegyně. Neorganizivanost ve vedení, tzv. pravá neví, co dělá levá.
