Jde o nenáročné prostředí s řadou zkušených lidí, tj. pro nováčky velmi dobré k získání základních pracovních návyků a učení se. Kromě toho nesrovnávají zkušenosti z předchozích zaměstnání, to je ušetří mnoha zklamání.
Firma je dlouhodobě v zisku, nemá dluhy, vše platí včas. A také se nijak rychle nevyvíjí - což je i nevýhoda, pro zaměstnance, kteří chtějí růst a učit se nové věci.
