S pracovním kolektivem. S vedoucím služby i mými kolegyněmi jsme skvělý tým, který se perfektně doplňuje. Oceňuji také možnost se kreativně vyjádřil v naší sociální službě a možnost na službu propagovat.
S komunikací s jinými sociálními službami z naší organizace. A ocenila bych lepší odměňovací systém.

Kreativní práce v sociální sféře, pestrost služeb v rámci jedné organizace, volná ruka při výběru dovolených a volna
Velmi slabý management, liknavost vedení, při řešení provozních záležitostí, netransparentnost odměňování, velmi slabé a zastaralé materiální vybavení, neexistující benefity, téměř žádné zaučování nových lidí.
