Jednání vedení firmy se zaměstnanci je katastrofální, zatím jsem se s ničím podobným nesetkal. Zaměstnanci pro ně nejsou nic víc než čísla, problémy se řeší s otřesným přístupem, o slušném chování zde asi ještě neslyšeli. Oznámení o neprodloužení pracovní smlouvy den předem je zde zcela běžná praxe…
