Spokojen sem byl první rok před obmněnou vedení, pracovat se dalo v klidu a i za rozumný peníz. Dnes je výhoda pouze v rozmanitosti práce a složitosti výkresů (málokde mají složitější).
V posledních dvou letech nesmyslné strhávání prémií (někde se vydělat musí). Na dílně musí člověk ovládat alespoň tři jazyky, jinak se nedomluví (většina moudřejších, česky komunikujících a schopných lidí utekla). Nástroje a nářadí si člověk téměř musí nosit z domova. Výroba se před dvěma lety navýšila, ale lidé začali odcházet, takže člověk dře, i když dopředu ví, že zakázka bude ztrátová a to de dohání z prémií dělníků.

Nic mě nenapadá.
Neférové ohodnocení práce. Agenturníci jsou upřednostňováni. Neumožnění profesního růstu.
