Na firmě oceňuji její zaměření, tj.sociálni problematika soc.vyclenenych skupin,problematika lidi drogově zavislych, mladeze a deti z neuplnych rodin ci mensin atd.
Organizaci prace, stabilitu firmy, fluktuaci zamestnancu, vetsi rozhled. Byt vice otevreny jinym metodam,postupum,inspirovat se i od jinych organizací z jiného kraje...Budovat ferove prostredi bez pomluv i zbytecnych stresu, protoze pracovnici potrebuji silne zazemi uvnitr, aby mohli resit situace klientu a byt tam pro ne!
