Málo peněz, žádný příspěvek na penzijní pojištění, dopravu atd., děláte práci za ostatní (i za vedoucí), kteří jsou za to placený, když přidávají peníze tak maximálně 3 koruny, ale s tím mají ve vedení velký problém a je to na ně moc, jediný benefit je sleva na hračku jednou za rok která je 780 korun a to vám ještě zdani, takže je to cca 500. Pro lidi se tady neudělá nic navíc, hlavně ze je vedení spokojený.

Lepší kontrola odváděné práce vedoucích pracovníků.
