Můžu si dohodnout směny tak, jak mi vyhovujou. Někdy to nevyjde, ale většinou se to podaří.

Ničeho, těmto lidem jde pouze o zisk a na lidech jim nezáleží.
Přístup k člověku, férové zacházení, lepší pracovní podmínky i plat.

Můžu pracovat s novýma technologiema, kamerama, zabezpečovačkama. Když potáhneme na nějaké instalaci déle, tak se snadno domluvím na náhradním volnu, náhradě nebo jiné odměně.
větší dílnu/místnost pro techniky, ale to technicky asi nejde.
