Byla možná domluva pracovních služeb dle požadavku, pokud to umožňoval soulad s ostatními Poskytli mě smlouvu na dobu neurčitou dříve než po 1 roce kdy jsem standardně dostala smlouvu na dobu určitou. Nadřízený byl ochotný si mě vyslechnout, když jsem mu potřebovala něco sdělit jak osobního tak pracovního.
Zaměstnavatel mě nezapočítal vůbec praxi z jiného oboru, ačkoliv zákonná možnost je započítat praxi z jiného oboru 1/3-2/3 délky praxe a posunout se tak do vyššího platového stupně. Pracovní obuv ani oděv mě zaměstnavatel nenabídnul, měla jsem obuv svojí (neproplacenou), pracovní oděv zaměstnavatelův jenom z důvodu, že byl jednorázový. Osobní ohodnocení zaměstnavatel ve srovnání s jinými nemocnicemi dává absolutně minimální. Ani po zkušební době nemusíte dostat osobní ohodnocení. Žádné další příplatky kromě příplatku za práci ve směnném provozu. Pracujete na pracovišti kde pokrýváte 3 a více oborů.
