The management is very helpful and treats people like people, not like machines.
Training system missing, having old e-learnings. You actually need to dig yourself into the matter to learn. Plus the processes are very bad among the teams. They are not aware of who does what or what they should do. Unfortunately that’s is going on for couple of years where people try to make change but the company does not listen.

I kdyz je to soucast obrovske firmy stale ma v sobe kulturu a ducha startupu. Skvely kolegove a multikulturni prostredi. Velky prostor pro osobni rozvoj v podobe kurzu/treniku, spolupraci s ruznymi teamy v ramci spolecnosti.
Prijde mi ze mzdove zaostavaji od trhu. Jinak nic co vytknout.
