Domov Palata je příjemný a péče o klienty je na vysoké úrovni. Práce sestry je náročná, ale pokud chcete lidem pomáhat, tak je naplňující. Většina kolegů je milá a jsou ochotni vám pomoci. Já jsem musela odejít z osobních důvodů.

Systém služeb je nastaven tak, že 3 dny máte službu a 3 dny volna. Někomu to vyhovuje, někomu méně.

Stabilní práce a směny Slušný plat Smysluplná práce Dobré benefity a příspěvky (na dovolenou, spoření,...) Slušné odměny několikrát do roka

Benefity, spolupráce s kolegy

Vedení

Security and stability

Nedostatek zaměstnanců, vedení nepřipouští, pokud není závažný přestupek proti smlouvě, svým povinnostem, apod. Stálé platové ohodnocení. Téměř vždy pravidelné směny - tudíž dobré možnosti plánování volného času.
