Za mě maximální spokojenost se slevou na vybrané e-shopy. Člověk může obléknout celou rodinu od hlavy až k patě.
Bylo by vhodné vyplácet zaměstnancům přesčasy, neboť v práci trávíme spoustu času a nemáme moc prostoru na osobní život a navazování vztahů. Firma se k tomu staví tak, že je možné zkracování směn, ale pokud na prodejně není dostatek lidí, sbíráte přesčasy a ve finále jste vyčerpaní a máte toho dost.

Celková dostupnost obchodu, přátelská atmosféra, klimatizována prodejna, čistota, udržovaný vzhled prodejny, hezky sortiment…
Malo personálu, pracovní doba do 21 hod, lepsi ohodnoceni zaměstnanců, lepsi uniforma..

Velmi dobrá komunikace napříč celým Celiem Pohodová rodinná atmosféra Dobré zázemí na prodejnách Různé motivační soutěže mezi prodejnami Pochvala a poděkování za odvedenou práci od nadřízených
Vždy se najde něco co se nám nelíbí, ale vše se dá vyřešit. Důležité je, že můžeme o všem komunikovat s nadřízeným a najít společně řešení.

Komunikace se zakazniky a zákaznicky servis, ráda pracují s lidmi
Dlouhé čekání na pracovní smlouvu. Nově nastupující zaměstnanec na ni čeká i měsíc 🤨
Jobs for people with no work experience
Protože dávají šanci každému bez rozdílu. Každý nový zaměstnanec prochází tzv. školicím programem, který není nijak složitý a hlavně hodně naučí.
