-Časová flexibilita - bylo možné se domluvit na času příchodu a odchodu, ale samozřejmě bylo pro všechny nejvýhodnější, když jsem si čas přizpůsobil směnám -Možné přesčasy -Prémie za přesčasy -Jednoduchost organizace ve firmě a možnost výběru oddělení -Skvělí kolektiv -Téměř neomezený přístup k bezpečnostním pomůckám - brýle, špunty do uší, rukavice... -Práce s nadřízenými a kolegy bezproblémová

-Osobní skříňka pro odkládání cenností a dalších věcí nebyla k dispozici -Sprchy by potřebovali zrenovovat, vysprchovat se dá, ale... -Jinak bez větších problémů, většinou vyšli vstříc požadavkům
