Nejvíce oceňuji inspirativní prostředí, naplňuje mě samotná náplň práce, která je různorodá a hlavně lidi, které mám kolem sebe, mohu se na ně spolehnout a jsou tam jenom fajn lidi. Taky se mi líbí, že se nikdy nenudím :).
Jsem spokojená s tím, jak se firma zaměřuje na inovace a týmovou spolupráci. Věřím, že se povede, aby vše fungovalo lépe a aby inovace ulehčila administrativě. Na komunikaci je potřeba neustále pracovat.
