Zajímavá práce. Různorodost (rozhodně to není stereotyp). Práce s lidmi i bez lidí (viz předchozí poznámka). Příjemné prostředí. Klid, pohoda,...
Občas nárazovost = hoří termíny.
Flexible working hours
Kdo prošel mimoškolním dětským kolektivem a hledá něco podobného a na "vyšší úrovni", tak ví, co může čekat. A bez pružného zapojení to opět nejde.
Meaningful work
Je to činnost převážně s mladými lidmi - a to je budoucnost!
