- 100% dotované stravenky ve výši 150,-Kč (Benefit karta) - 1.250,-/měsíc na Benefit kartu (kultura, lékárna, dovolená, penzijko) - 5 sick days /rok 100% hrazených, 25 dnů dovolené - pokud nejste přepážka - pružná pracovní doba 9:00 - 14:00, v PÁ 9:00 - 12:30 (jinak dle úředních hodin PO+ST 8:00-17:00, ČT zavřeno, ÚT+PÁ 8:00-12:00) - vyrovnávací období salda je roční, co se týká plusů, čtvrtletní, co se týká mínusů (čili ke konci každého čtvrtletí nesmíte být s hodinami v mínusu, plusové hodiny si s sebou táhnete celý rok a čerpáte, jak se Vám hodí) - 1x HO/týden, opět pokud nejste přepážka, či pozice, kde nelze aplikovat
- mínus jsou samozřejmě tabulkové platy a obecně nicmoc finanční ohodnocení, zvlášť, pokud pracujete v Praze v Podskalské, na Prahu jsou ty platy opravdu málo a nijak s tím nehnete, jste prostě služba veřejnosti

Výborný kolektiv, poměrně přívětivé podmínky klouzavé pracovní doby, férovost nadřízených
Digitalizace je nesmírně potřeba, stejně tak vyladit spektrum benefitů
