Oceňuji nejvíc možnost skloubit práci a rodinný život, ale také prostor k vlastní iniciativě a uplatnění vlastních nápadů. Možnost zapojit se do projektů, zaměřit se na vzdělávání v oboru dle vlastních preferencí. Lidský přístup a v neposlední řadě i příjemné benefity.

Zkostnatělost některých procesů, což je dle mé zkušenosti ale ve většině prací v určité míře.

Občas nějaká neshoda s kolegy, tak jako všude.
