Kolegové byli skvělí, mohla jsem si naplánovat směny jak jsem chtěla a i více směn. Vedoucí měla pochopení pro nemoc a to když jsem náhle potřebovala volno. Velmi příjemné prostředí a atmosféra. Dostalo se mi plnohodnotného zaškolení od kolegů.
Byla jsem povýšena až po velmi dlouhé době oproti jiným zaměstnancům a nemyslím si, že by to bylo nižší výkoností, spíše šlo o sympatie vedoucí.. také jsem nějaký čas měla nižší osobní ohodnocení než ostatní a nedozvěděla jsem se důvod , (nebyla jsem sama kdo toť nižší ohodnocení měl ) myslím, že bylo dáváno náhodně, což si myslím, že není fér. (Zmíněná vedoucí už zde nepracuje.)
Pleasant work environment
Atmosféra v historických objektech Muzea je překrásná, občas je tedy trochu zima, ale to není problém dohnat topením, když máte vedoucího s pochopením. Příjemné bylo také setkávání na pracovišti s kolegy. Z věží je nádherný výhled, měla jsem pocit, že pracuji na nejhezčím místě v Praze.
Opportunity to learn new things
Lze tu trénovat cizí jazyky a učit se informace o Praze a o objektech, ve kterých pracujete. Také se naučíte jak se chovají různé národnosti.
