Ve firmě neexistuje dress code (výjimkou jsou pozice v maloobchodních prodejnách). Běžné je týkání nejen s nadřízeným manažerem, ale i s nejvyššími členy vedení a top managementu. Díky mnoha oddělením na centrále jsou běžné oddělené kanceláře, čímž má člověk více soukromí na práci.
Ve firmě není zvykem plošné propouštění v žádném ze segmentů (office, maloobchod, sklady). Pracovní doba je velmi benevolentní pro lidi z officu a naopak bez směn o víkendu pro skladníky. Pracovní ohodnocení je sice slabší oproti konkurenci, ale zato stabilní. Monopolní postavení mateřské společnosti na poli velkoobchodu s drogistickým zbožím dává pevné základy pro trvalý pracovní poměr.
