Opportunity to learn new things
Naučí se práci se sklem od výroby kdy je sklo ještě v tekutém stavu až po jeho kontrolu a zabalení k odeslání. U některé pozice se učí složení skla, broušení nebo barvení. Strojníci se učí pracovat s výrobními stroji jak je správně naprogramovat ale také ten stroj opravit.

Nevyvážená pracovní doba, "dvojí" tvář některých kolegů
Pleasant work environment
Nové kanceláře, nový a pěkný nábytek, vybavená kuchyňka. Žádné socialistické rozvrzané židle, ale skutečně kanceláře na úrovni.
