Spolehlivý a zkušení kolegové, kteří vždy zvednou telefon - přátelská atmosféra na pracovišti. Odpovídající kancelářské zázemí a nutné prostředky k výkonu práce. Časová a prostorová flexibilita v případě splnění obchodních cílů. Spolehlivý, rostoucí zaměstnavatel s dlouhodobou tradicí - spíše už korporát.
Neochota měnit produktové portfolio a provádět strategické investice. Zrušení osvědčené marketingové podpory kvůli zavedení nové značky a neefektivní cílené reklamy. Po inflačních vlnách se nezachovala hodnota fixní mzdy. Provizní systém je dlouhodobě nastaven proti zřízení nových přípojek, či udržování stávající klientely.

Cenim si osobniho pristupu, dobreho ohodnoceni, vzdy vyjde vstric. Urcite doporucuji jako idealniho zamestnavatele.
