silná společnost, zajímavé benefity - příspěvek na dovolenou, příspěvek na penzijní pojištění, 25 dnů dovolené + 2 dny sick days, hezké prostředí
arogantní chování nadřízených, nebyly stejné podmínky pro všechny zaměstnance - u některých zaměstnanců tolerance nepřijatelných věcí, špatná atmosféra mezi pracovníky

Může být skvělejší produkt, než víno a sekt? :-) Práce není snadná, ale když se povede, stojí to za to.
Je to již dávno (20 let) a všichni nadřízení se již vyměnili. Takže teď je to již o Vaší zkušenosti. :-)
