Moznost seberealizace, moje role a napln prace, duvera v moje schopnosti, moznost cestovat, tym se kterym se skvele spolupracuje, je pozitivni a proaktivni, jde za spolecnym cilem, hodnoty nejen psane ale i zite a reflektovane v tom jak firma funguje
Nekdy narocnost moji prace, ale kazde misto ma sve pro a proti, ja radsi delam naplno to co me bavi nez napul neco co me nebavi, proto bych nemenila :)
