Firemní kultura a uvolněnost. Všichni jsou si rovni. Moderní kanceláře. Dog friendly office. Obecně způsob, jak firma funguje. Koncept svobodné firmy tedy žádný mikromanagement nebo diktát od top managementu.

Rozmanitost projektů – Pracuji na různorodých webech napříč obory, což mě neustále učí nové věci. Týmová spolupráce – Skvělý kolektiv a vzájemná podpora dělají práci příjemnější a efektivnější. Možnost se neustále vzdělávat – SEO se neustále vyvíjí a firma podporuje vzdělávání a školení. Flexibilita práce – Můžu pracovat odkudkoliv a efektivně si rozvrhnout svůj čas. Viditelné výsledky – Když vidím, jak mé strategie zlepšují pozice klientů, je to skvělý pocit. Inovativní přístup – Máme přístup k moderním nástrojům a experimentujeme s novými strategiemi. Silná firemní kultura – Effectix podporuje otevřenou komunikaci a sdílení know-how. Důvěra a samostatnost – Mám prostor pro vlastní iniciativu a odpovědnost za svěřené projekty. Skvělá atmosféra – Práce je zábava, díky super kolegům a neformálnímu prostředí. Společné akce a teambuildingy – Pravidelně se scházíme i mimo práci a budujeme dobré vztahy.
Úpřimně, fakt není, kdybych chtěl něco více, tak by to byli už jen sobecké důvody, kterých se chci vyvarovat, jelikož mi přijde, že vedení dělá opravdu max pro to, aby udržela kvalitní lidi uvnitř firmy, nemusela tolik proto řešit fluktuaci a proto chtít furt něco více je za mě velice jen sobecké a zbytečné.
