Je to to že když je problém se subjektem kam jsme přidělení hned do s námi vedení agentury řeší. Nechodí kolem horké kaše.

Flexible working hours
Lidský přístup. Práci je třeba odvést, ale jde ji časově dobře skloubit s rodinným životem a péčí o děti.
Opportunity to learn new things
Trpělivý přístup a ochota předávat novým kolegům potřebné informace a zkušenosti. Není třeba přijít nezbytně s prokazatelnou praxí, prostor dostanou i ti, kteří jsou ochotní se učit.

Ihned na pracovní poměr.
Měla by být dostatečně dlouhá výpovědní lhůta ze strany zaměstnavatele a ne sprostý vyhazov ze dne na den.
