Kolegové byli féroví, občerstvení ve firemní kantýně, plat slušný
Vedení nebylo férové. Neustálé házení klacků pod nohy jak od přímých nadřízených, tak z ostatních oddělení, které znemožňovalo výkon práce, rozpis směn na další měsíc byl dodělán mnohdy až den před začátkem daného měsíce, nemožnost pořádně cokoliv naplánovat

není vše černé nebo bílé, ale jedno se musí nechat byla potřeba pomoc a pomohli, i když pomoc nebyla očekávaná
dost lidí nevidí náročnost práce v účtárně a tuto práci zlehčují
