Příjemní spolupracovníci, volnost v tématech výzkumu.
Autoritativní chování vedení, nerespektování kodexu chování ze strany přímého nadřízeného, výpověď pro nadbytečnost jako umělý důvod k výpovědi.

Moc hezké prostředí jak UMG tak celého areálu, výborné služby od servisních pracovišt (personální, IT oddělení, technika,...)
spolupráce v rámci výzkumné skupiny byla téměř nemožná, extrémní konzervatismus.
