CHYBÍ JAKKEKOLIV BENEFITY A TO VČETNĚ TÝDEN DOVOLENÉ NAVÍC. MZDA JE RESENA ZAKLAD 50% A Z ZBYTEK PRÉMIE COŽ JE VELMI ZAVÁDĚJÍCÍ. ODMĚNY A ZVYŠOVÁNÍ PLATU SE TU PRAKTICKY NEDĚJE.
Vybavení zaměstnanců k práci ať po vypočetní technice, nářadí a zázemí pro zaměstnance. Jasný nastavení pravidel odměňování, včetně bonu a prémií za jednotlivá období. Informovanost zaměstnanců ohledně rozvoje a růst na jednotlivých pozicích.

Oceňuji pozitivní přístup, skvělý kolektiv a dobrou dostupnost. Suptel mě naučil lépe komunikovat s lidmi po telefonu a seznámit se s prací v telekomunikacích.
