Relativně dobrá spolupráce s nejbližšími kolegy a nejnižším nadřízeným.
Čím vyšší nadřízený, tím horší spolupráce. Současně jsou zde i velmi důležitá oddělení a vedení radnice, kde pracují i zcela nekompetentní osoby.
