Pružná pracovní doba, benefity
Malé pracovní místo, moc lidí v kanceláři včetně sdílené kanceláře s vedoucím, tabulkové platy a je jedno, jaké máte vzdělání a praxi, nemožnost mít home office (jen pro vyvolené), pracovní doba 40 h/týdně, když jinde se konečně zavádí 37,5 h/týdně. Žádná motivace a postup.
Non-stressful work
Člověk se nenadře. Máte dost času i na "svoji" práci. Po celý den spíše nuda.
