Prostředí společnosti Form Factory je vhodné pro ty, kteří si chtějí naplnit motto ,,Práce je mým koníčkem." Mám možnost se stále učit něco nového, posouvat své znalosti, dovednosti, ale i osobní limity; a výsledky své práce vidím, ve většině případů, okamžitě. Spolupracuji tu s lidmi, kteří sdílí sportovního ducha, mají drive, skvělé nápady a jsou mi inspirací. Jedná se o stabilní a zároveň naplňující práci.

Nepotýkám se zde s ničím zásadním, co by vedlo k mé nespokojenosti. Pokud se objeví nějaký problém, komunikuji jej se svými kolegy a vždy se obratem dobereme k jeho vyřešení.

Firma se aktuálně nachází ve fázi růstu a daří se jí. Je zde milý a příjemný kolektiv. Firma má jasné vize a cíle za kterými směřuje. Dává mi možnost autonomního řízení a rozhodování, což mi vyhovuje.

Nemám žádné výrazné nespokojenosti.

Ve firmě pracuji už dlouhou dobu a oceňuji především přátelský kolektiv, ve kterém se člověk cítí opravdu dobře. Společnost se neustále rozvíjí a roste, což přináší nové příležitosti a dává mi pocit jistoty i budoucnosti. Finanční ohodnocení odpovídá odvedené práci. Jsem ráda, že jsem součástí týmu, který táhne za jeden provaz.

Ve Form Factory jsme jako rodina. Hodnoty společnosti zde nejsou jen na hesla na papíře, ale skutečně mám pocit, že je každý den žiju:) Nejvíce si vážím důvěry vedení za svěřenou agendu, která mi umožňuje plnit své sny a zároveň cítím odpovědnost vůči všem kolegům a klientům.

Ve Form Factory cítím a mám bezpečné prostředí, kdy s jakoukoli nespokojeností pracuji formou zdravé zpětné vazby a sebereflexe. Z vlastní zkušenosti vím, že za vedením mohu s konstruktivním řešením přijít vždy. Tudíž momentálně nespokojený nejsem s ničím.
