100% důvěra vůči svému nadřízenému, na čem se domluvíme to platí. Nadřízený aktivně pomáhá v profesním rozvoji. Kolegové napříč všemi pozicemi jsou nápomocní, spolehliví a profesionální.

Nejvíce si vážím kamarádského jednání vůči zaměstnancům/nadřízeným, ve všem vyjdou vstříc, umí pochválit, pomoci. Spousty mě toho naučili, máme různé školené v seberozvoji atd.

Příjemná šéfová i kolegyně. Systém, jakým si domlouváme docházku na další měsíc. Celková přátelská atmosféra .
Plat by mohl být vyšší , úměrnější k fyzické námaze, která se tam běžně vykonává .

Flexibilní planovaní směn, včasné zaslání výplat
System v kase neni stoprocentní, téměř žádne bonusy

Naprosto super, člověk se hýbe a nesedí někde za kasou. Vedení si váží zaměstnanců a vychází dost vstříc. Obecně super kolektiv.
Ze začátku by bylo super mít například 2 dny kompletního zaručení a nezjišťovat základní informace po měsíci.

Manažerka mi vždy vyšla vstříc a když jsem měla problém, že nemohu z nějakého důvodu přijít tak se to snažila vyřešit. To beru jako velké plus, protože to jsem v minulém zaměstnání nezažila.
Líbilo by se mi mít každý měsíc meeting, kde se dozvím informace a třeba i motivuje. A určitě by se hodilo udělat školení, protože se vše učí během chodu práce a každý má mezery. Na školení by se řekli všechny informace, které musíme znát při prodeji, jak se otevírá a uzavírá prodejna, atd. Prostě aby všichni zaměstnanci věděli co a jak.

Vše je o komunikaci, to je skvělý. Vyhoví mi s různými požadavky, to jen tak někde nenajdete
Nic ne nenapadá, možná bych uvítala víc benefitů v období mimo Vánoc - narozeniny/svátky/extra práce
