Moc toho není, obzvláště v poslední době se mi zdá, že firma už je jen z podstaty.
Více se starat o lidi, zlepšit jim podmínky k práci, zlepšit partnerské vztahy.

vyhovuje mi pracovní doba - krátký § dlouhý týden, velmi si vážím možnosti pracovat formou home-office, jsem rád za využití AJ, vyhovuje mi neustálá nutnost se učit. Nejdůležitější je pro mě možnost otevřeně mluvit o svých potřebách a následně řešit možnosti jak nakombinovat práci a osobní život, tak aby ani jedno nestrádalo.
pohybujeme se v oblasti automobilů, tedy firma by mohl/ měla zajistit výhodné podmínky v rámci svých obchodních partnerů i pro své zaměstnance (zvýhodnění operativní leasing)
