Báječní studenti, skvělí kolegové, zajímavá lokalita.
Tragické vedení, díky kterému škola jen stagnuje, velký důraz na efekt, minimální zájem o obsah vzdělávání. Neferové a nepředvídatelné podmínky týkající se např. pracovní doby.

Velmi se snaží zlepšovat atmosféru ve škole i prostředí. Bohužel tato snaha je spíše negativem, je zbytečně zaměřená na věci, které se "násilně" zlepšovat nedají.
Vstřícný přístup. Indiviudálně hodnotit potřeby zaměstananců a studentů. Vážit si více svých zaměstnanců a umět je ocenit.
