Catering na větších akcí, možnost kariérního růstu, při řešení konfliktu podpora z nejvyšších míst ve firmě i na akci
špatná logistika, věčně vybité vysílačky, nedostatečný počet oblečení a velikostí, v létě se klidně sloužilo, v mikině protože trička chyběla. Kompletně špatná organizace akcí pořádané pardubickou pobočkou

ikdyž brigádně, tak jsem mohl jít s jejich oblečením domů.
nestřídali jsme se, ani na wc nebyla možnost.

Pomohli mi v určité situaci.
Tak určitě by se měl změnit přístup k zaměstnancům více lidskosti by neškodilo. Majitelé by se měli více zajímat o přístupu manažerů k podřízeným. A stát více za svými zaměstnanci. Řešit vážná zjištění a ne zaměstnance propustit za jejich práci . Měli by si konečně uvědomit o čem ta práce je a proč tu práci dělají. Stát si za svim.

výplata chodila včas, možnost se učastnit ruzných akcí
ferovost mezi zamestnanci, kdo pil s vedoucím měl i lepší přístup k odměnaám a lepší pozice na směně, dnes nevim jak to je .... prý se to zlepšílo, bohužel za malo pez člověk ohrožuje své zdraví

Při zkoušce "Strážný" více peněz. Kouknete se na zajimave mista, kolektiv vice mene v poradku. Ocenuji dopravu na akce a zpět vlastnimi autobusy. Obcas malo smen - clovek si nevydelal kolik chtel. Brigada fajn, prace urcite ne:-)
Malo smen - nemožnost si vydělat Obcas dlouhe smeny, i 24h. Pretezovani lidi.

Nadřízení jsou féroví a obětaví, a pro své zaměstnance se snaží udělat první poslední. I když je práce občas trochu náročná vždy nás umí podpořit a skvěle naladit, s kolegy jsme všichni spíše jako jedna velká rodina.
