Cením si toho, že vedení si váží zaměstnanců, nad nikoho se nepovyšuje, umí uznat chybu. Na všem se dá domluvit. Po lidech chce výkon, samozřejmě. A zároveň, aby práce lidi ve firmě naplňovala.
