Super kolektív mladých, energetických ľudí, ktorí sú svojou prácou nadšení a vedia spolu jednotlivé úspechy náležite osláviť. Na oslavy využívame JoyFund, do ktorého firma prispieva určitou sumou za každého zamestnanca. Kolektív vytvára výbornú atmosféru, vďaka ktorej sa do práce teším každý deň. Spoločnosť ponúka veľa zaujímavých benefitov. Okrem spomenutého JoyFund benefitu existuje benefit, ktorý je podľa mňa ten najlepší. Je ním 30 dní na rozvoj. Za splnenie vytýčených študijných cieľov, každý dostane aj finančný bonus. Super projekty, kde pracujeme s najnovšími technológiami. Plusom je, že každý deň prináša novú výzvu. Vďaka tomu nemusím bojovať so stereotypom.
Vďaka tomu, že firma načúva zamestnancom. Počúva čo ich trápi a snaží sa to trápenie čo najrýchlejšie odstrániť. Preto ma nič negatívne nenapadá.

Co oceňuji na JC? Kromě klasických i těch méně klasických benefitů si vážím hlavně unikátní přátelské atmosféry. S kolegy spolu sdílíme znalosti a informace, pomáháme si bez ohledu na to, jestli je někdo senior/junior nebo šéf, a trávíme spolu i mimopracovní čas. Díky tomu se vždy těším do práce. :)

nic vse se vzdy vyresi a zlepsi. Firma na sobe stale pracuje a zlepsuje jak procesy tak i sebe.

30 dní volna pro rozvoj, flexibilní pracovní doba, budget na školení a konference, možnost dělat to, v čem jsem nejlepší, vše, co děláme má smysl, možnost diskutovat a být u zrodu skvělé firmy
Když je nějaký problém, vždy se ihned vyřeší, na nic se nečeká.

Když jsem nastoupil, byl jsem prakticky nedotčen světem IT. Přesto (zřejmě na základě potenciálu) jsem dostal job a spoustu se toho naučil.
