Po vítězství hnutí ANO ve volbách a obsazení Ministerstva zdravotnictví jejich nominantem došlo na ústavu k výměně mnoha klíčových vedoucích a nyní jsou pracovníci ústavu ovládáni v atmosféře strachu.

Stravenky 100kc, multisport, klouzava pracovni doba, vyuka anglictiny zdarma, kazdy rok fond FKSP, ze ktereho muzete brat napr na dovolenou
Statni instituce - to znamena tabulkovy plat. Pokud vam chce nadrizeny zvednout osobni ohodnoceni, tak muze jenom 1x rocne nebo v ojedinelych pripadech muze, ale musi to obhajovat a je s tim hrozne prace

Zajímavé benefity. Profesní rozvoj. Využití cizích jazyků. Možnost dalšího vzdělávání. Různorodá náplň práce.
Obtížné prosazování změn. Nízká pružnost při potřebě systémových úprav.

Pružná pracovní doba Práce je hodně, ale není zde vytvářen tlak od nadřízených Možnost účasti na státních konferencích nebo školení od EDQM
