Tým byl plný kolegů, kteří jsou nápomocní, ochotní, vyjadřují zájem o děti. Děti byly fajn. Zařízení poskytuje pestrou škálu volnočasových aktivit pro děti.
Vedení zakazuje, aby bylo kritizováno veřejně, zatímco členy týmu veřejně kritizuje před týmem a řeší jmenovitě před týmem jejich chyby. Vedení při poradách zvyšuje na kolegy hlas, pokud se jedná o námitku, se kterou vedení nesouhlasí. Část vedení (dle toho co dělá) působí servilně.

trochu tam vládlo pokrytectví a faleš, podlejzání vedení až moc okatě u některých
