Fajn benefity: neomezený home office, sleva na firemní výrobky, štědře dotované stravenky, Playstation v relax zóně, atp. Pokud člověk chce a je aktivní, tak má možnost relativně rychle se zapojit do zajímavých projektů a hodně se naučit

Na většinu akcí jsou sepsané návody a určené přesné postupy. Každý si nedělá věci podle svého, ale vše je strukturováno, aby bylo dlouhodobě udržitelné.
Non-stressful work
Nedělají se přesčasy a pohotovost je vyžadována pouze po support členech. Není tlak na termíny ve smyslu, že by se muselo dohánět mimo pracovní dobu.
